Trying to lose weight

I've done self-created weight loss programs in the past but this time I promised not to starve myself like the last time. Last week was week one of me cutting out sugar and I was showing up 242 (without clothes) on my personal weight scale. I have decided that every sunday I will take a picture of my progress. I have not changed to much anything of what I am eating. I just made a decision not to drink any sugary drinks whatsoever and to drink "sugar-free" stuff sparingly. I am creating this blog in the second week to document my progress. Hopefully it might inspire someone else to try laying off the sugar for a while to see what it might do for them. I also am back in the gym and I will post pictures of this too so anyone who stumbles upon this blog can get to know my lifestyle and base their judgement upon that.
